Coma World – Jupiter (TS Premiere)

Brooding and intense new track ‘Jupiter’ from Coma World. A mysterious atmosphere is punctuated by dissonant sounds layered over deep basslines by Betamax and Pete Bennie. It’s an eerie sound that is both captivating and unnerving. Press play on this short, hauntingly beautiful piece of music that will leave you feeling unsettled and yet strangely satisfied.

In October, the duo will follow up their 2020 debut self-titled album with ‘Coma Wong’, their latest sonic experiment in the cosmic leftfield. The album finds the pair working alongside illustrious graphic and sound artist Raimund Wong.

Bringing together their potent chemistry over 12 dystopian jazz tunes, they deliver an explosive offering again. Driven by its unwavering rhythmic pulse, electronics oscillate, fly, and pierce through the mix with a sense of urgency while the bass is laden with deep grooves. The result is an album that is ripe for future jazzheads. Welcome to Coma World; it’s an invitation to get lost in the unknown.

‘Coma Wong’ is due for release on 23rd October with Byrd Out. Pre-order below.
