Brazilian brothers in arms Seu Jorge and Rogê celebrate 25 years of friendship for their first-ever album recording, as part of Night Dreamer’s Direct-To-Disc Series.

Along with the announcement of the album you can stream the first track called Pra Você Amigo, which translates to For You Friend, a testament to the close bond and brotherly ties between Jorge and Rogê.

From the moment the gorgeously smooth guitar lines start, your heart will melt, and that’s before the pair serenade you with their rich tones. 

The 7-track album was recorded and cut direct-to-disc in a one-take session at Artone Studio, Haarlem, The Netherlands. It follows the label’s debut direct-to-disc from Seun Kuti & Egypt 80  last month.

Further sessions and releases in the pipeline for 2020 include Sarathy Korwar, Maisha & Gary Bartz, Emma Jean Thackray and Baba Zula to name a few.
