Brussels-based multi-instrumentalist Esinam shares new track

Twistedsoul - ESINAM

Brussels-based multi-instrumentalist, Esinam recently shared ‘Birds Fly Under a Heavy Sky’, the first track taken from her forthcoming debut EP, set for release on 21st September via SDBAN Ultra.

On her self-titled EP, Esinam gives the listener an entrancing insight into her diverse world of jazztronica.

Over five tracks she skillfully blends traditional and modern instruments with her soulful voice, the acoustic sounds of the instruments are allowed to evolve and take on new dimensions, opening up a kaleidoscopic spectrum of sound and colour.

Earlier this year, she guested on Baloji’s album ‘137 Avenue Kaniama’ and also supported Alsarah & The Nubatones, Selah Sue and Melanie De Biasio on tour.

Lead track ‘Birds Fly Under a Heavy Sky’ is a mesmerising opener that smoulders effortlessly against a backdrop of subtle beats and sensual rhythms, with her soft vocals and hypnotic flute providing the groove.
