Los Angeles singer-songwriter Gaby Hernandez will release her third album titled “Sprit Reflection” on June 9th via Mr Bongo. If you missed out on the mesmerising “Lo Mas Dulce” from a few weeks back, then listen to the delightfully dreamy “Entranced”.
The 10-track album features a heavy weight line-up of LA talent; from jazz master Kamasi Washington, Dexter Story, Carlos Niño, Miguel Atwood-Ferguson and Brainfeeder artist Lapalux who accompany Gaby, with stunning results.
On “Entranced” we’re met with her seductive and buttery tones that float across a dreamy soundscape of laid-back saxophone, subtle percussion intertwined with faint electronics.
