Lars Bartkuhn co-founder (alongside brother Marek Bartkuhn and Yannick Elverfeld) of revered Frankfurt label Needs Music just dropped a 3-track 12′ inch. The new EP titled Nomad features the absolutely sublime “Nomad (Full Experience)” a bittersweet and emotive journey through techno-soul that’s recalls Jazzanova via John Beltran. The reprise of the track is pure ambient bliss, focusing in on that guitar sound and some immersive relaxed atmosphere. On the flip “Tokyo Burning” is a deep house club track which sounds more on the Ron Trent tip, and that’s fine in our book. Stream the tracks below.
