We’re thrilled to present another episode in our collaborative project with Twistedsoul, which sees Colin curate an incredible series this month showcasing the awesome perspectives of Lazy H.
Lazy H is the brainchild of producer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Harry Jones, who stands out as one of the most exciting talents to emerge since securing a coveted spot in Gilles Peterson and Brownswood’s grassroots talent discovery and development program, Future Bubblers, in 2018-19.
In April, he released his second album, Music For Modular, a captivating display of modern instruments like sequencers and modular synths, bringing them into the world of spontaneous improvised culture. Not one to be pinned down to any genre, his newest transmission explores a range of sounds and vibes, from Latin jazz to dub, glitch and bass music, even delving into some unconventional rhythmic patterns.
