We’re proud to unveil another episode of our collaborative project with Twistedsoul, which sees Colin Smith curate a set of monthly guest shows and mixes with new episodes unveiled on the first Monday of every month.

This month’s instalment introduces some incredible selections from the incredible mind of Ayala.

The Italian producer and multi-instrumentalist Ayala, has amassed an exciting and dynamic catalogue of music – from full-length album releases to a slew of remixes for artists including Violeta Parra and Web Web. Always presenting musical selections from a diverse sonic palette, Ayala compositions run the expansive gamut from jazz to disco to percussive Latin rhythms. For his debut album, ‘Views’, released earlier this year through Batov Records, Ayala presented a project to showcase his affections for floor-filling afrobeat, horn-heavy grooves showcasing further aspects of boundless versatility.

For Ayala’s incredible guest mix, you can expect some gems from names including Satellites The Denunciation, Nu Genea, Camarao Orkestra, Kolonel Djafaar, Bosq, Mildlife, Marijus Aleksa, and maybe some Ayala tunes thrown in as well.
