In keeping with the community collaboration theme sparked by Hodge and Simo Cell’s 12″, Livity Sound presents a joint work from Azu Tiwaline and Al Wootton. Despite their differing backgrounds, Tiwaline is from the desert of Tunisia and Wootton from London’s urban sprawl, yet both draw inspiration from dub and intricate percussion in their music. From the energy of ‘Blue Dub’ to the sparse, skipping 2-step framework of ‘Light Transmission’, LIVITY052 deals in various rhythms and tempos. Tiwaline and Wootton deliver dynamic drum tracks full of atmospheric depth and unrelenting tension using a refined, detailed approach. Enjoy ‘Blue Dub’ below, and look out for the EP out March 25th!

Alandazu E.P. will be released on 25th March digitally and on limited edition black vinyl in reverse board sleeve.
