
Touching Bass is releasing a new album by Danish/Tanzanian trio, Athletic Progression called cloud high in dreams, but heavy in the air, this June.
Athletic Progression is comprised of Jonas Cook (keys), Jonathan J. Ludvigsen (drums) and Justo Gambula (bass).
cloud high in dreams, but heavy in the air sees the trio marrying experimental hip-hop, jazz, electronic and beats across its 16-tracks. The largely instrumental album features rapper/poet Brother Portrait who supples the feels of London on one cut.
Just like everything these guys release, ‘OSAKA’ the lead track from the album captivates you from the very first note to the last – stream below and hear for yourself, this one is a bit special!
