TOMAGA set to release final album, Intimate Intensity

  • ‘Intimate Immensity’ is the final album from London-based experimental two-piece Tomaga.

London based experimental duo TOMAGA will release their final album next month.

Titled Intimate Intensity the duo worked on the album before the death last year of member Tom Relleen, who formed one-half of the pair alongside percussionist Valentina Magaletti. Speaking about the release Magaletti says “We rushed to master the album in his final days because the release was important to him”.

The ten-track album was mostly recorded at Relleen’s “Bunker” – the name he gave his house in London. The pair found inspiration from philosopher Gaston Bachelard. Joining them on the album are vocalist Cathy Lucas, Martin Tomlinson, and violinist Agathe Max.
