South African five piece MABUTA recently performed ‘Log Out Shut Down’ live in studio for Kujua Records.

The track is lifted off their debut album Welcome To This World which dropped early last year via Afrosynth Records.

MABUTA is made up of Shane Cooper (bass), Bokani Dyer (keys), Sisonke Xonti (tenor sax), Marlon Witbooi (drums) and Robin Fassie (trumpet).

If you’re new to the band the video is a great introduction to their sizzling blend of jazz, African and electronic music
