Eleventeen Eston – At The Water

Eleventeen Eston follows up his superb ‘Delta Horizon’ from 2014 with another beautiful album ‘At The Water’. A stunning album of atmospheric new age synth and guitar ambience. This album should please old fans and also gain Eston a few new ones along the way, being a seriously melancholic and dreamy listen.




Khalab – Black Noise 2084

Khalab has assembled a stellar cast of musician for‘Black Noise 2084’.  The 10-track album features the talents of Shabaka Hutchings, Moses Boyd, Tamar “The Collocutor” Osborn, the master Gabin Dabir, Tenesha The Wordsmith, Tommaso Cappellato, Prince Buju and Clap! Clap! Mega crunchy bass, hypnotic chants and African grooves are especially noteworthy here. Another strong release on the always-reliable On The Corner label.





Etuk Ubong – Miracle

A brief EP of atmospheric, and varied jazz tracks from trumpeter, composer and bandleader Etuk Ubong. The four tracks on this project fully display Ubong’s meticulousness and precision. This EP is something you don’t want to miss, strong set.





MABUTA – Welcome To This World

A stunning album from South African six-piece MABUTA. Fusing electronics and acoustic elements this eight-track makes for a captivating listen. So much to discover here!




Alabaster DePlume – The Corner Of A Sphere

The wonderfully uncategorisable new album The Corner of a Sphere by London and Manchester-based spoken word artist, writer and saxophonist Angus Fairbairn aka Alabaster DePlume. Please don’t sleep on this one.
