Multi-instrumentalist and experimental composer Sarah Davachi will release her new album Pale Bloom in May via Superior Viaduct’s sub-label W.25TH.

The new record finds Davachi coming full circle. After abandoning the piano studies of her youth for a series of albums utilising everything from pipe and reed organs to analog synthesisers, the prolific Los Angeles-based composer returns to her first instrument for a bright work of quiet minimalism and poetic rumination.

Recorded at Berkeley, California’s famed Fantasy Studios, the album is described as a “radiant work of quiet minimalism and poetic rumination.”

The four-track project follows last years Let Night Come On Bells End The Day and Gave In Rest LP’s.

As well as announcing the album, Davachi has shared the beautiful and dreamy ‘Perfumes III’. Amazing stuff!
