Chicago-based artist Jeff Parker keeps it in the family for his latest release.

Featuring the soulful vocals of his daughter Ruby and with artwork by his son Ezra we’re getting a warm glow from his cover of Georgia Anne Muldrow’s 2006 track ‘Blackman’.

The bubbly and instantly addictive song is definitely not what we expected from Parker, but sometimes the unexpected is precisely what we need.
