The quartet consisting of Idris Rahman on sax, Leon Brichard on bass, Emre Ramazanoglu on drums, Yahael Camara-Onono on percussion recently released their eponymous debut LP.

Crammed pack with vibrant energy the album was recorded in just a few hours and improvised from start to finish – strictly no planning, no conversation between takes, no idea where the session would take them, just four musicians in a London studio making jazz fuelled improvisations.

For their exclusive Twistedsoul playlist, the quartet has put together a collection of wonderfully unique tracks that they’ve been listening to lately or for some time which includes everything from Don Cherry to John Hassell.
