Over the past few years, DJ/producer Laurence Guy has put out some seriously impressive releases on a variety of cutting-edge imprints such as Dutch label Outplay, Leipzig’s Rose Records, Cin Cin, and Church. He returns to the Church fold with the announcement of a forthcoming full-length album. Not much is known about the album at this time except to say the working title is Saw You For The First Time. You can get a little sample of the upcoming release with the lush melodic textures of Intro which bare a passing resemblance to Floating Points more atmospheric moments.
