South-East London saxophonist/producer/singer Laura Misch has blessed us with a new track titled “Forsaken”. Off her upcoming debut self-produced LP, Playground, she’s out done herself once again. With her vocals sounding better than they ever have Misch blends delicate electronic fragments with a mellow groove, subtle percussion and saxophone that lets her soft tones breathe. Once again Misch creates a sound that doesn’t quite sound like anyone else, and this is what gets us excited each time she drops a new track. Our ears well and truly peeled for the rest of the album.
