INGA is back in action, and if their first album didn’t already seduce you, then this new 3-track EP will most definitely get you hooked. The project of Los Angeles musician Sam Gendel accompanied by drummer Kevin Yokota and bassist Daniel Aged, from inc. work their magic on Rahsaan Roland Kirk “Volunteered Slavery” and in doing so transforms the 1969 track into a laid-back affair.
