After catching our attention with her single “Coloured Lines,” a few weeks back, NAKAYA returns with her debut EP, Out of Breath. The 4 track EP is mostly acoustic driven with fragments of electronica while NAKAYA’s tantalising vocals gently carve through each song. Delivered with a sensual understanding of her experiences,“Out of Breath is the telling of a young girl’s journey through romantic and self-love,” NAKAYA says of her debut EP’s composition. Sometimes folk music can be a bit boring, but with NAKAYA’s unique blend of electronic and R&B sounds you’ll quickly find yourself drawn in and enjoying every minute.  We look forward to hearing more material in the future from NAKAYA, that’s for sure.
