Audio: Lapalux – Puzzle Ft. Andreya Triana

Lapalux

Lapalux is readying the release of his second album Lustmore for Brainfeeder and he’s just shared a new track called ‘Puzzle’ featuring Andreya Triana. “It’s a lovelessness,” says Lapalux, “searching for something more lustful and fleeting. It’s a very visual song for me. It’s about a sort of seedy, underground desire, like an old bar that used to have class, getting slowly seedier, to keep up with the demand for exploitation and filth. I think it sums up the whole feel and mood of the album.”

The producer has also shared a new mix with The Fader called “Spring’s here. It’s nice”. It’s made up of tracks which he says he’s “been listening to for the last while”. It features tracks by Earl Sweatshirt, Wiley, Kelela, Kendrick Lamar, Spooky Black and an unreleased new song of his own called “Throw Dem Bands”. Listen to ‘Puzzle’ and the mix below.

Lustmore is out April 7th with Brainfeeder, preorder it here.
