Listen: Hejira – Pinter

Hejira

Hejira will soon be releasing a new EP via Eglo Records. We’ve already heard the title track from their up coming EP and now they share a reworked version of “Pinter.”  While the original song mixed elements of prog and post-punk, giving it a harsher feel. The new version features a more delicate production complete with steady drums and soft layered vocals. The mood is sombre for this one, but trust me your aural senses will come alive.

Hejira are readying the release of their forthcoming 12″ EP ‘Name Surname’ out on April 6th.  The trio play the historical 100 Club alongside Wyles & Simpson, Joanne Robertson and Floating Points to launch the EP on April 3rd.

You can pre-order the ‘Name Surname’ EP via Bandcamp, and get tickets for the live show here.
