Raleigh Ritchie has just dropped the title track from his forthcoming EP in ‘Cuckoo’. The singer/songwriter has teamed up with the ultra cool Little Simz for the seriously smooth ‘Cuckoo’. The young Bristolian artist has always been willing to experiment with new sounds with little regard for genre boundaries and teaming up with one of the most exciting rappers out there now, you’ve got a seriously sizzling track. The production, from Stefan Ponce (Childish Gambino’s “3005,” Vic Mensa’s “Down On My Luck”), has a wonderfully imaginative structure, some dynamic beats and is so offbeat you’ll easily fall in love with the record.
Raleigh Ritchies’ debut LP is due out in 2015. The Cuckoo EP is out on November 24th. Check out the track and tour dates below. This is vibes.
