We’ve already had a taste of Shabazz Palaces new LP, Lese Majesty last week when we were gifted “They Come In Gold”. Our next taste comes in the form of the gorgeous, eerie video for the albums opening cut “Dawn in Luxor.” Directed by Kahlil Joseph the song soundtracks a fashion video for Parisian label KENZO , which showcases the labels Spring/Summer 2014 collection. This is not the first time the director has worked with the group, he directed the video for Black Up a few years ago, he’s also responsible for the beautiful short film for Flying Lotus’ Until The Quiet Comes.
