We’ve not featured sister duo Annabel and Georgia Hockeysmith on our pages before, not really sure why as we’ve been aware that the girls have been putting out quality music for a while now. Anyway we’re here to put that right today as they’ve shared a new song, ‘Hesitate’. Balancing somewhere between shoegaze, electronica and acid rock, Hesitate is a perfect mixture where the girls’ hushed vocals mesh with thunderous drums, a throbbing bassline and fuzzy electronics, building to a menacing yet exhilarating climax. The song will appear on their debut EP entitled ‘But Blood’ alongside the previously released ‘Meanwhile’ ,’But Blood’ and a new track called ‘Phantom Whistle’.
