This month’s instalment of Twistedsoul Presents… offers up an immaculate selection from producer and synthesist Dan “Danalogue” Leavers.

As a founding member of the spiritual-jazz-meets-electronic aesthetic of UK heroes The Comet Is Coming and Soccer96, Danalogue’s broad-minded musical perspectives have helped shape the UK’s dynamic and versatile contemporary jazz soundscapes. A solo artist in his own right – most recently celebrating the release of his full-length ‘Teleportations’ earlier this year – Danalogue’s unhindered imagination continues to see his star soar to stratospheric levels. An in-demand collaborator, Danalogue’s talents as a musician and producer have been enlisted for a vast array of projects alongside Flock, Sarathy Korwar and Toshio Matsuura Group.

Amongst a multitude of gems incorporated into the mix – including selections from Jeff Parker, Gold Panda and Aphex Twin, we’re also treated to a previously unheard jam session from Danalogue with Alabaster DePlume from 2017, recorded at London’s esteemed Total Refreshment Centre.
