Trying to keep up with the daily deluge of music is like trying to drink from a firehose. While we do our best to share all the good music that comes our way, some gems inevitably slip through the cracks. This week, we’re showcasing new music from Laura Misch, sneaky jesus, Robert Stillman and more. Lap up these delectable treats.

South London artist Laura Mischโ€”saxophonist, singer-songwriter, electronic producer, and field recordistโ€”builds upon her acclaimed single ‘Alchmey’ with her forthcoming ‘Ambient Rework’ EP. The project boasts transformative reinterpretations by KMRU and Isobel Waller-Bridge, each delving into Misch’s original composition with their unique flair. Producer KMRU gives the song an entirely new feel, transforming it with a brilliantly atmospheric ambient vibe, yet Misch’s vocals retain their impact as in the original. Stream the rework below, it’s brilliant!

Press play, and lose yourself in a world of spiritual jazz, ambient, and minimalism from Wrocล‚aw’s finest, sneaky jesus. Pure bliss – don’t miss out on this one!

When two of your favourite artists team up, it’s a delight! And even better when it turns out this good! The result of this pairing is ‘Red Weather’, where Scrimshire’s cinematic soundscape meets Amanda Whiting’s heavenly harp in perfect harmony. Apparently, there’s more to come from Adam and Amanda, but for now, enjoy this track in all its seven-minute-plus glory below!

Having just contributed to Tom Skinner’s exceptionalย Kaleidoscopic Visions album, Robert Stillmanย is showing no signs of stopping, as he unveils his latest solo offering. A composer and improviser, Stillman explores his connection to reality through his music. His next creation? A concept album centred around Steve Jobs. Utterly transfixing, listen to the lead track Reality Distortion Field, below.

Just a few weeks ago, we introduced you to JMMR and their impeccable reimagining of Can’s classic track, ‘Vitamin C’. If you’re looking for a way to lift your spirits today, JMMR is here to help.
