The Alien Dub Orchestra, a motley crew hailing from Bavaria, is set to drop Breadminster Songbook—an album that reinvigorates Elijah  Minnelli’s cumbia-tinged dub reggae with a fresh twist. Titled The Alien Dub Orchestra: Plays the Breadminster Songbook, the seven-track album finds the group covering Minnelli’s creations with a full band, playing an eclectic array of instruments, including guiro, accordion, melodica, sousaphone, trumpet, and assorted percussion. The Dwarfs Of East Agouza, the Cairo-based trio of Sam Shalabi, Maurice Louca, and Alan Bishop, blend North African rhythms with psychedelic grooves in their latest track, ‘Neptune Anteater’. The track is a sneak peek of their new album Sasquatch Landslide, courtesy of the ever-impressive Constellation Records. Give it a listen below!

It’s been some time since Sarathy Korwar graced us with new music, but this week the silence was blissfully broken by his breathtaking new single ‘We Take Things For Granted’. The genre-breaking drummer, producer, and composer also announced his seventh album, There Is Beauty, There Already, which lands on the 7th of November via Otherland. Celebrating the rhythmic prowess of the drum ensemble, the album continues the journey from his 2022 Indofuturist manifesto, KALAK, with a richly immersive, extended suite of percussion-driven compositions. There’s little else to say, other than press play and enjoy!
