We’re thrilled to present another episode in our collaborative project with Twistedsoul which sees Colin Smith curate an incredible series this month showcasing the perspective of Christian Garcia-Gaucher of the imaginative Meril Wubslin trio.
Based between Lausanne and Brussels, the incredibly dynamic trio celebrated the release of their fourth album this year, ‘Faire Ça’, which saw the group pioneer their incomparable sound even further down the creative rabbit hole of musical exploration. The trio, further comprised of Valérie Niederoest and Jérémie Conne, unveiled their stunning debut back in 2010 so there’s has been a phenomenal musical journey to date.
As you would probably suspect, Christian’s selections represent a smorgasbord of jazz, soul and electronica with selections from Lolina Velma, Last Poets, Tirzah, Naomie Klaus, ElP, Asa Chang And Junray, Saul Williams + more…
