We’re thrilled to present another episode in our collaborative project with Twistedsoul which sees Colin curate an incredible series this month showcasing the immeasurably-talented Finnish producer and musician, Juha Mäki-Patola.
With releases to date via Bigo & Twigetti, Hush Hush Records and most recently with Modern Records, Juha Mäki-Patola has managed to cultivate an exquisite catalogue of music that revels within neo-classical and intimate instrumental realms. His affection for ambient narratives have found perfect accompaniment alongside celebrated collaborations with Norwegian pianist Julia Gjertsen and Finnish clarinetist Tapani-Rinne. With single releases ‘Sunpath’ and ‘Closer’ unveiled this summer through Moderna, there’s the promise of more music to come which we couldn’t be more excited about.
