Middle Name Dance Band return with second EP, Middle Name Dance Tracks Vol.2

New music from Middle Name Dance Band.

Middle Name Dance Band is a three-piece collaboration between Sampology, Megan Christensen & Sam Stosuur on MPC, keys & bass.

The musical trio released their debut EP ‘Middle Name Dance Tracks Vol 1’ on Sampology’s Middle Name Records imprint back in 2018.

We loved Vo1, and we’re happy to say you can now wrap our ears around Vol 2.

Alongside the trio, you’ll hear contributions from Tristan Rogers (trumpet), Kym Ambrose (vibes), Merinda Dias-Jayasinha and Roman Albert (vocals) plus Gus Cereijo and Jason Bell (percussion)

Today, we’re sharing the record’s closing track, ‘Lovers Carnival’, a 6-plus minute epic groover. This soulful peice of dancefloor fire is a deliciously vibrant affair, flowing with deep Brazilian grooves.

The ‘Middle Name Dance Tracks Vol 2’ EP is out today – order your copy here.
