William Florelle returns to WotNot with a new track.
This new release called FSG was conceived at The Docks Studios (nestled in the Total Refreshment Centre), it continues where he left off with his brilliant debut EP for the label. If you’ve yet to sample his debut Two & Three EP with Lua head here.
For his new ear-wormy offering Will Flo has teamed up with Swedish vocalist Bahia (Zed Bias, EVM 128, Elliphant) who lends an irresistible, sensual R&B edge to the tracks, leaving them nestled between the underground and mainstream.
Just like its predecessor, Florelle brings the best out of his collaborator while maintaining his keen sense of style.
Throughout the tracks near four minutes, Florelle lays down soundscapes that flirt between electronic, and R&B the vibrant atmospherics are perfectly complemented by the equally arresting and bright vocals of Bahia.
The slick artwork is based on a painting by Ollie Scully, augmented by Raimund Wong who designed the artwork for Will Flo’s first EP.
Stream FSG below and be on the look out for his next release which is out 21st July.
