Video: Ishmael Ensemble feat. Yazz Ahmed – The River

Having shared the enchanting track ‘The River’, the third and final part of their Severn Song project, Bristol outfit Ishmael Ensemble have released the music video to the song. The accompanying visual is as beautiful as the track which combines field recordings from the banks of the famous Indian river the Ganges with celestial percussion, pulsating electronics, crashing drums, and hypnotic brass flurries all wrapped up in Yazz Ahmed‘s haunting flugelhorn melodies. Enjoy the video filmed on the River Severn by Glide Media Productions above!
