A brand new guest playlist and we are excited to welcome Sefi Zisling.

The talented trumpeter and composer released one of our favourite albums last year in the form of Beyond The Things I Know. The ten-track LP was created in a three-day studio session and mixes afro-jazz with influences of spiritual jazz, African music and psychedelic funk, all led by Zisling’s dazzling trumpet.

Following his fantastic solo offering, he recently returned with collaborative releases for Tel Aviv-based ensemble Time Grove and the newly formed trio Liquid Saloon.

For his exclusive Twistedsoul playlist, Zisling has put together a collection of funky heavyweight tracks that includes the likes of Fatback Band, Roy Ayers, Andy Bey, Leroy Hutson to name a few.
