Jonnine Standish and Nigel Yang share a new HTRK EP via Ghostly

Having returned in July with their first new material in four years, Jonnine Standish and Nigel Yang aka HTRK are back with a further two tracker.

Kicking off with ‘Dying of Jealousy’ a deliciously slow-burning track which finds Standish’s vocals mining the vaults of unhealthy desire as drum loops rove across the sonic spectrum.

“If you wanna call me out, I’ll over roll. Cause when I ever show you half, you raise me all” she coos with a chilled vocal delivery.

Like the opening number the second track ‘Summer Rain’ explores themes of power and mind games lurk within the lyrics, but this time they’re smeared across a dirty, slow club jam that evokes feelings of eyes-closed, swaying-on-the-dance-floor.

What’re you waiting for? Tuck into the dreamy music below.
