Seemingly drawing from a slightly different well of influences from that seen across their rich back catalogue, the Aarhus duo has as a result of this woven together a stylistically varied yet tonally concentric new release.
Sitting comfortably in the ambient space between jazzy-improv-house and dubby, hypnotic electronics their 3-track EP Palta Og Ti På Den Tolvte Ø features a tasteful blend of worldly sounds.
Starting off with the deep tribal rhythms of ‘Pa Hovedet I Seng’ while ’12 O Dub’ is more tripped out ambience making it the perfect addition to your late night playlist. Finally, we get treated to the beatless cosmic textures of ‘Forarets Skorhed’ which is utterly entrancing and the projects standout moment.
