Album: Modified Man – Modifications: Set 2

New album from Modified Man.

Modified Man‘s second album Modifications: Set 2, is a 6-track deep dive into warped cassette recordings that touched upon early jazz-funk/brit-funk influences with the energy of broken beat and experimental electronica.

Comprised of Albert’s Favourites co-founders Adam Scrimshire and Dave Koor the project maintains the style of their signature analogue sounds and arpeggios, alongside space jazz, broken beats, soul, killer beats, basslines, and wonderous grooves make this album a must-have.

Stand-out cuts include ‘Vanilla Gorilla’, ‘Kingswood Drive’, ‘Croydon Rooftop Café Culture and the LP’s closing track ‘Thorns’.

An album steeped in club culture and the underground music scene in London and beyond Modified Man’s sound straddles decades.

You can’t afford to miss out on this one!

Modifications: Set 2 is out now – buy from Juno or Bandcamp.
