Following his absorbing Our Space Secrets project from earlier this year, the talented Hector Plimmer returns with a new 3-track EP. Titled Eastern System the EP fuses traces of Asia in its melodies, Africa in its rhythms and stunning choral arrangement. The lead cut “Kalimba, ” excels with frantic percussion and a wonky Kalimba, once again Plimmer has delivered something very special right here.
