Jazzaggression reissues two much sought after Spiritual Jazz rarities from 1974. On one side you have “The Common Woman” an enthralling spoken word reworking of Herbie Hancock’s “Maiden Vogue” complete with flute, and a lovely piano backdrop. On the flip side, you have the political and deeply soulful “Degradation”. Can’t recommend this record highly enough. Grab one early as only 500 copies pressed.
