Reissue: Floating Points reissues three rare 7-inches by Aged In Harmony

Following last year’s debut release Eglo sub-label Melodies drop three Aged In Harmony rarities. The label founded by Sam Shepherd aka Floating Points goes digging in the crates once again and delivers a trio of highly sought records by Detroit band Aged In Harmony. The release features their disco jam “You’re A Melody,” the inspiration for Shepherd’s former Plastic People club night. Elsewhere you’ll find “I Feel Like Dancing” and the string-led “Theme For Someone Special”. The closing tracks contrast in styles with the heartwarming ballad “Trust Me” and a Whitfield & Strong style funk instrumental “Dance Awhile”. Stream the title track above.
