Los Angeles-based rapper Open Mike Eagle and South London producer Paul White share a new track titled “Admitting the Endorphin Addiction”.
The song explores addiction of all sorts and is taken from the duo’s forthcoming collaborative concept album, Hella Personal Film Festival due out later this month.
“All addictions are ultimately about chemicals in the brain associated with pleasure release. This is a story about a guy realising where he stands in terms of his own brain chemistry and the world around him.” White adds: “This was the first song I got back from Mike when we started the project. This was the song that told me this was going to a great collaboration, I got so excited after hearing this!” Open Mike Eagle
