We’ve been championing Throwing Shade for quite some time now, and with each release, she goes from strength to strength. The London-based producer, DJ and NTS Radio presenter, is set to release her third EP titled “House Of Silk” on March 4th with Ninja Tune. On her latest track “Fear Of Silence,” she’s ticking all the right boxes for us, subtly luring you in with a soft opening before the pounding, hypnotic groove drops. Throwing Shade also presents a fortnightly show on NTS Radio – a painstakingly researched showcase of weird and wonderful music from across the globe, which reflects her undergraduate studies in Ethnomusicology.
