With his forthcoming new 7-inch, due out later this summer, L.A. singer-songwriter Moses Sumney shared “Seeds,” another shining gem of a song. “Seeds” was recorded to a 4-track cassette recorder in an old cabin in Big Bear over the winter, where Moses spent weeks alone writing in isolation, before being mixed by Chris Taylor. It’s a delicate, slow-burning number which allows Sumney’s heavenly voice to shine as gentle, finger-picked guitar lines bind everything together. Check out “Seeds,” the A-side of the 7″ below and stay tuned for more info soon.
