This is the new EP from Chicago R&B band Jody. After hearing the lead single/title track, it is everything I had hoped for. The 7-track EP is filled with downtempo and hauntingly sexy music that seduced my ears. The trio of David Ashley, The GTW and Khallee alongside dedicated producers, The-Drum create an intriguing sound which I’m sure all R’n’B lovers will enjoy. Mixing 90s and ’80s influences with contemporary futuristic synth arrangements for something a bit fresh, Jody are definitely offering something fresh and exciting to the game.
