Los Angeles duo BC Kingdom have released a soaring, futuristic track called ‘COLOURS.’ The topic of the track is universal love with the lyrics starting off ‘All things are not black and white / i believe in love at first sight / I won’t give up on my strength in mind / just to hold you close and tight’ The duo told Dazed that the video was filmed during the protests in Ferguson, Missouri over the shooting of 18-year-old black teen Mike Brown by a police officer. They went on to explained, “The lyrics encourage a universal kind of love, love that isn’t based on color, race, religion, or status.” Their EP Buckwild Spirit will be out early next year.
