‘BT30’ is målib’s first beat tape on bklyn music – he’s a former Rastafarian, who first got in touch with african music and hip-hop in Nairobi a few years ago. Beats, mowax and trip-hop have always been a big influence for the german beat-maker. Since 2008 he’s been getting into jazz and programming beats, he also released music on Mad Hop and Soul Imago. The ‘BT30’ beat tape is a 30 minute and 14-track strong, jazz-influenced laid back album, download for free and chill out.
