London experimental producer Throwing Shade whet our appetites for her upcoming EP with her last track ‘Sweet Tooth‘. Over the weekend, she released a new track, Pure Life, from her ’19 Jewels’ EP for No Pain In Pop. The track forgoes the sweet, sugary rush of ‘Sweet Tooth’ for an altogether more spectral and moody soundscape. Much like her excellent shows on London radio station NTS, Throwing Shades is showcasing her versatility as a producer with her music constantly taking unexpected twist and turns, never happy to sit in one place for to long.
