The band who are fronted by Gossip Girl actor Penn Badgley have made a gorgeous return with the brooding ‘Victim’. It’s an expansive track that builds slowing with a moody, menacing synth and Penn’s soft tones.We get a small touch of saxophone into the party early on in the track,which disappears but then makes a welcome reappearance later in the track and becomes the main attraction.We’ve said it before about Mother but just watch the blog world go into another frenzy over this one in the coming months!
