Dudley Perkins, aka Declaime aka Dr Stokley as he’s now known,is back with with a brand new LP 4 years after his last solo release. The new album, Dr. Stokley, finds Dudley rapping over production from Kankick, Georgia Anne Muldrow, and the legendary Madlib.  The 18 song album finds Dudley at his eccentric best, there are so many standout moments.My personal faves are the funky “Foot Surgery”,80’s grinding soul “Episode”  and the killer guest appearance by Percee P on “Hearing Test”.
